Analyzed daily statistical telemetry and KPI trends across regional cell sites to detect, isolate, and remediate internal and external RF interference. Investigated root causes of elevated call drop rates, accessibility issues, and coverage degradation, formulating action plans for physical and logical remediation.

Maintained, diagnosed, and restored operations across 100+ cell sites, microwave links, and transport hubs throughout East Tennessee, consistently sustaining >99.9% network availability. Commissioned, configured, and hot-swapped Cisco edge and cell-site routers; conducted configuration rollouts, interface turn-ups, and coordinated routing handoffs with the national NOC.
