I’m a results-oriented Monitoring Officer with over two years of experience in monitoring, data collection, reporting, and project support.

At DART, I recorded monthly bus movement data, helped ensure student safety at the BRT bus station, and provided first aid for injured persons when needed. I also ensured buses schedule compliance, prepared special bus support for students, and dealt with disputes that arose within the station.

I improved the accuracy and timeliness of project reports by maintaining organized monitoring records that supported informed decision-making. I work effectively with different stakeholders and bring strong communication, problem-solving, and time management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
