Designed and built a cross-device workspace for approved folder sharing, file browsing, image previews, downloads and linked-device management from Android and the web. Implemented account and access workflows, storage limits and optional server-backed file copies.

Contributed to architecture, database design, backend, interface, billing, reporting and production delivery for Kenyan rental management. Connected properties, units and tenancies to rent invoices, payment records, overpayment credit, receipts and collection and occupancy reporting.

Contributed across architecture, APIs, embeddable chat widget, support dashboard, real-time infrastructure, agent assignment and permissions. Enabled branded widgets and a central inbox across multiple products.

Developed inventory models, transactional workflows, APIs, permissions, reporting and the responsive Vue interface for retail operations. Supported divisible inventory and traceable stock movements alongside sales, customer balances, expenses and profitability reporting.

Co-built an EdTech SaaS platform that turns Kenyan curriculum selections into customized schemes of work and lesson plans. Contributed across curriculum modelling, Laravel backend, teacher workflows, payments, document generation, Android experience, API integrations and the v2 dashboard.

Co-developed employer and writer portals covering order distribution, assignment, submissions, verification, communication and financial tracking. Contributed to workflows incorporating plagiarism checks, team chat, notifications, digital payments and a public order marketplace.

Own implementation across backend APIs, relational data models, responsive interfaces, integrations and production delivery. Build operational workflows with tenant isolation, role-based permissions, notifications, document generation and traceable financial and inventory records.

Design reusable prompts with clear instructions, few-shot examples, deliberate context and structured outputs. Applied AI capabilities include agent workflows with retrieval, API tools and state, and retrieval-augmented generation with chunking and citations.
