I seek a hands-on technical support role in a collaborative team that values process improvement, growth, and solving complex user and network issues.

I am an experienced IT support specialist with a strong background in helpdesk operations, technical troubleshooting, and customer service across enterprise environments.

At NTT DATA Services, I handled Active Directory tasks, incident management, remote troubleshooting, and created process improvements including application indexes and monthly performance reports.

At Prodapt I provisioned internet services into DSLAMs, performed PuTTY-based configuration and in-depth remote modem troubleshooting to resolve complex connectivity issues.

Most recently at Dell I provided Level 1 chat support, documentation in ticketing systems, supported M365 and Windows 11 migrations, and troubleshot VPNs, virtual machines, Office applications and credential/access issues.
