At Integretz, I develop and support DxSuite, a C#/.NET Core platform for managing and monitoring commercial digital signage. I work on RESTful APIs and frontend features, connecting application workflows with device data.
I designed and implemented diagnostic services that retrieve device health, status, power state, and network information. I also implemented RS232 daisy-chain communication for monitoring up to 20 connected devices through one channel, supporting deployments involving 600+ devices.
When device communication caused production issues, I investigated timeouts, delayed responses, buffer corruption, and intermittent connectivity. I improved reliability with retry mechanisms, command delays, serial-buffer management, validation, logging, and structured error handling. Earlier, at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), I managed identity lifecycle processes and supported access provisioning for financial systems including SWIFT and Temenos T24.
