I’ve been leading end-to-end product design work at MResult Services—from stakeholder discovery and information architecture through high-fidelity prototyping—and then building the front-end to bring designs into production.

On a Legal Vendor Management System, I ran stakeholder interviews, designed IA and prototypes, and developed React-based UI that replaced spreadsheet/email workflows and improved spend transparency, cutting manual workload by ~50%.

For HR and loan platforms, I translated requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and reusable SharePoint React (SPFx) components—supporting skill tracking, capability assessment, bench management, task tracking, reporting, and covenant monitoring—while reducing manual Excel-based work by ~30–40%.

Before that, as an intern, I redesigned a Financial Document Management process into a tagged, searchable SharePoint React (SPFx) experience, after mapping user flows and prototyping how people should file and retrieve documents.
