At Netcompany-Intrasoft, I lead analysis and delivery for large-scale public-sector digital transformation programs, including Social Security e-services. I translate business and analytics requirements into scalable integrated solutions while ensuring interoperability and alignment with national digital standards.

I contribute to solution and data architecture through ER diagrams, data models, technical standards, COSMIC FPA sizing, and end-to-end delivery ownership. As the primary client contact, I bring business and development teams together around clear requirements, practical designs, and shared accountability.

Previously at Ahold Delhaize – AB Vassilopoulos, I owned the BackOffice Retail platform and led SAP Point of Sale integration with legacy retail systems. I partnered with Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, vendors, and internal teams to deliver and support critical software modules.

My earlier work at Altec Group included banking, SWIFT middleware, cheque-reading, card issuance, payroll, and government data-management systems. I use Claude AI, Camunda/BPMN, Figma, Draw.io, and Visual Paradigm to accelerate analysis, documentation, process modeling, and delivery.
