At Netcompany, I translate complex EU regulatory requirements for CBAM into structured, traceable functional specifications aligned with DG TAXUD delivery standards. I’ve analyzed and documented 40+ Requests for Change in a single software release and authored 47 user stories covering end-to-end workflows.
For Release 3.3, I produced wireframes and a State Transition Diagram and BPMN to model multi-role portal flows and lifecycle transitions across the O3CI ecosystem.
I collaborate with DEV and TEST within a Scrum framework, and manage analysis artifacts in Jira and Confluence. I also presented a live demo of Release 3.2 functionality to DG TAXUD stakeholders and drafted formal deliverables for review and acceptance.
At Arhs Group. Part of Accenture, I contributed to an EU-LISA project implementing enhancements to the Schengen Information System. I conducted requirements analysis and use case-to-requirements mapping, performed transitional analysis between legacy and new systems, and assisted with process flows and user stories.
