As a seasoned manufacturing engineer, I bring a strong background in engineering principles and quality management to the table. My expertise lies in delivering precision in dimensional analysis, implementing stringent safety testing criteria, and ensuring compliance with international standards to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Throughout my professional journey, I have honed my skills in quality templates, final inspection work instructions, and visual aids. I have also led training sessions for final inspection and checking fixture manipulation, and have been instrumental in creating work instructions for safety and regulation trials.
My experience in statistical analysis, production trials, and mass production trials has equipped me with the skills to support customer mockup accreditation and engineering department approval. I am well-versed in software knowledge, including PLC programming, CNC programming, and Solid Works design.
