I’m a registered nurse with an MSc in Nursing (Cum Laude) and five years of continuous surgical intensive care experience at University Hospital Centre “Mother Teresa” (QSUT) in Tirana.
In the Surgical ICU, I run continuous monitoring and post-operative care for critically ill surgical patients, manage mechanical ventilation and haemodynamic support, interpret deterioration early, and handle life-threatening emergencies as part of the resuscitation team.
Since 2020, I’ve also been a Nursing Lecturer at Aldent University, where I teach across undergraduate courses, design and revise curricula and assessment instruments, and supervise students during hospital clinical placements with academic and career mentorship.
Right now I’m enrolled in an MD programme (General Medicine) while bringing my research and evidence skills into teaching and clinical content—plus I work as an English–Albanian scientific/medical translator.
