I’m a Salesforce Architect and engineering leader with 18 years building Salesforce platforms across banking, health, manufacturing, and SaaS. I’ve spent multiple engagements leading platform architecture end-to-end—making the hard architecture calls, writing complex code, setting up the COE, and mentoring the team.

Right now, I’m leading platform architecture at Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) for the second time—back for a second engagement after a year as Principal Engineer at ASB Bank on nCino/Salesforce. I’ve driven multi-org governance, release strategy, and senior architecture decisions across complex integrations and identity use cases.

In my roles, I focus on real outcomes: multi-cloud delivery (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ, Identity, Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Discovery Framework), integration and API architecture (REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns, ERP and B2B commerce), and performance engineering. I’ve implemented security and compliance foundations such as Salesforce Shield, field encryption, audit trails, MFA/SSO approaches, and event monitoring—especially where patient or sensitive data is involved.

I’m also the Founder & Principal Architect behind CloudCounsel Limited, which means I own delivery decisions with full commercial accountability—from scoping and signing contracts to running the commercial side of outcomes. That player-coach model carries into every engagement: COE build-out, senior code reviews, strong DevSecOps/quality baselines, and architecture that teams can execute confidently.
