At PwC New Zealand, I serve as Associate Director and senior technical lead on a major public sector Salesforce programme, providing architecture and solution design leadership. I lead solution reviews and work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.

At Altimetrik, I led delivery of Salesforce implementations and designed secure, scalable architectures for enterprise clients. I oversaw Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and OmniStudio implementations, and worked on Agentforce and Data Cloud as a consultant.

I’ve worked across Salesforce architecture, integration and technical leadership, and earlier developed solutions with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Framework. I hold an MBA and a Computer Science degree, have 14 Salesforce certifications, and am preparing for the Salesforce CTA journey.
