What I'm looking for

I'm interested in business and product analytics, user behaviour analysis, process improvement, requirement definition, and applying data to product and operational decision-making.

At WebCraft IT, I analyzed business requirements and operational data to support decisions across multiple projects. I built reports and dashboards, identified trends, and presented recommendations to stakeholders.

On my Fitness App project, I designed user flows and annotated wireframes for onboarding, workout tracking, and progress dashboards. I also built a Hospital Management System and an E-Commerce Website, applying user research, SQL, and API concepts to functional product experiences.
