What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a human-centered design role where I can apply user-flow analysis and usability testing to turn real pain points into intuitive interfaces, collaborating cross-functionally to improve product quality and usability.

During my previous role as QA I discovered many user painpoints existed not just in the functionality but also in user flow and interface. I knew design was my calling and I jumped ship. I pursued CUA (certified usability analyst) certification from HFI , secured 70% and completed a 3 month internship at Springer Capital. Now ready for more challenges.
