I am a creative and user-centered UX/UI Designer with a Master's in UX Design and a solid background in Computer Applications. My expertise lies in wireframing, prototyping, and user research, complemented by hands-on experience in Agile environments. I have successfully led the redesign of key product features, implementing systems that significantly improved user control and engagement. My ability to translate complex problems into intuitive solutions across mobile and web platforms has been a cornerstone of my work.

During my internship at Verdis.Ai, I led the redesign of core product features, which resulted in increased user engagement. I designed and implemented an Access Management System to enhance security and permissions, conducted user and stakeholder interviews to gather product requirements, and developed user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. My collaborative approach in Agile sprints with developers has ensured that we build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that meet user needs effectively.

My projects, including the Queue Management System and Kidzopedia, showcase my ability to conduct thorough research and design user-friendly applications that address real-world problems. I am passionate about creating designs that not only look good but also enhance user experience and retention.
