Gaurav Medhi

I manage floor operations with a background spanning roles such as Floor Supervisor and Floor Executive, alongside technical exposure from an internship at Railway Wheel Factory. I bring a hands-on, organized approach to daily execution and customer-facing support.

In parallel, I’ve built technical depth through a 1-year project on aluminium-lithium alloy rolling, where I investigated microstructural analysis and mechanical properties such as hardness and wear testing while comparing results to before-rolling alloys. I’m driven by technical management, sales, research and development, and improving business outcomes through hard work and dedication.
