At Tantrasoft Solutions, I support onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, including environments integrated with MES and SAP. I also provide functional training and post-implementation support.

I led requirements and workflow definition for a payment gateway integration, documenting transaction flows, validation rules, error handling, and payment-status logic. I’ve also prepared BRD/FRD and functional specifications for product modules.

I coordinate UAT across releases with QA and development teams, track defects, and support validation against agreed requirements. My work also includes backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, release readiness, and requirements traceability.

For an independent ICICI Bank case study, I prepared a functional specification and Agile delivery plan for a digital savings account-opening journey. I created user stories, a requirements traceability matrix, UAT test cases, and a go-live checklist.
