What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Machine Learning Engineer or AI Engineer role focused on GenAI, RAG, and applied ML — building and productionizing LLM-powered systems end-to-end, from data pipelines through deployment and monitoring.

I'm an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience, working across generative AI and applied machine learning. At Moral Connections, I've deployed and automated production ML systems with integrated drift detection and CI/CD pipelines, and built internal GenAI tools using LangChain, OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini APIs for document Q&A and summarization.

I focus on end-to-end ML workflows — data pipelines with Airflow and Spark, experiment tracking with MLflow, and model optimization with Optuna and GridSearchCV (improved model accuracy by ~15% on held-out validation data). My personal projects include a multi-model LLM orchestration app routing across Google Gemma, Groq, and LLaMA2, and a RAG pipeline for multi-document Q&A, both built to explore retrieval quality, prompt design, and provider trade-offs.
