I've supported Ingka Group (IKEA) through a major digital transformation, owning around 30 GCP projects alongside AWS and AliCloud environments supporting critical engineering and CI/CD workflows. I designed and maintained Terraform infrastructure, provisioned and upgraded GKE, administered GitHub Enterprise at 5,000+ licences, and helped migrate platform DNS and GitHub services.

Across long-term engagements with Barclays, UBS, Shell, Ricoh, Jaguar Land Rover, Lloyds Banking Group and others, I've built, recovered and improved enterprise developer platforms, distributed SCM systems, automation and release workflows. At UBS, I redesigned ClearQuest backend logic that cut response times from around 10 minutes to roughly 15 seconds.

I work best where technical direction is unclear, platforms are difficult to maintain, or existing approaches have failed. I combine architecture, hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring and practical technical leadership, using generative AI and LLMs to accelerate research and reasoning while retaining ownership of decisions and outcomes.
