I validate API behavior with Postman and Swagger, and use SQL to check data accuracy, consistency, and persistence. When discrepancies arise across APIs, databases, and integrated services, I investigate them with Jaeger traces and application logs.
I document defects with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence, averaging 16+ defects opened per month. I also work with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, verify fixes, and improve product quality.
