At Provana LLC, I partner with workstream leaders and global clients to uncover process bottlenecks and reporting gaps. I designed a lender performance dashboard that compares collection agencies by loan type and state, supporting consistent placement decisions.
I developed revenue analytics modules and near-real-time work-allocation dashboards, and automated recurring reporting workflows with Power Automate. I also directed an enterprise dashboard optimization that reduced file size from 91 MB to 50 MB and refresh time from 25–30 minutes to 10–12 minutes.
I co-owned the analytics roadmap and created the Provana Central Data Library, bringing data from multiple law-firm systems into common entities and metrics. I also created and piloted DisputeIQ, a conversational analytics product tested across 1,000 queries and 212 client datasets.
