At HARWOODS GROUP, I consolidated 550,000 customer records to approximately 250,000 and established data-quality controls to help prevent duplicates from recurring. I also worked with the CEO to build and present board reports on customer growth, sales performance and time through sales stages.
At the University of Sheffield, I developed more than 30 statutory reports, translating requirements from departments and professional bodies into SQL-driven Tribal SITS reports. Earlier, I managed recurring data supplies and ETL quality monitoring at SUB2TECHNOLOGIES and TRANSACTIS, and I’ve also built the CSVTools.pro utility website.
