I developed a layered Spring Boot backend for a Customer Support Ticket System, using controller, service, repository, entity, and DTO components. I added REST API functionality and JWT-oriented security components; end-to-end workflows remain under verification.

For SmartTaskAI, I developed task-management API components and a React interface for task workflows. I also explored local Ollama integration for task-planning suggestions and saving suggested subtasks.
