What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where organizational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth are at the forefront. I’m eager to build on my international experience and help companies adapt to a rapidly changing economic environment.

At Bosch Magyarország, I supported the Lean team and later the Work Organizational Processes team, contributing to organizational development and efficiency projects.

I also supported process optimization and helped organize trainings and workshops, including developing training materials.

Alongside my main responsibilities, I contributed to the Lessons Learned team and supported the development of internal processes. I also maintained the group's internal Intranet site.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and master's degrees in Leadership and Organization and Economic Growth and Development. I'm motivated by opportunities focused on organizational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
