At Milian Und Kunts Editores, I built a WhatsApp/Kommo chatbot that auto-classified 800+ leads and synced them into the prospect database to accelerate the sales cycle.

I also designed a multi-channel inventory system and migrated the corporate website from WordPress to a serverless architecture on Vercel. I rebuilt the internal quoting tool to automate the flow through the project-tracking pipeline.

At Arkansas State University Campus Querétaro, I managed student and activity databases and built internal web pages for inventory requests. I also tutored university students in Economics fundamentals, using real-world examples.
