At TIC-IA, I engineered AI-powered enterprise solutions for product demand forecasting, customer request automation, model deployment, and document intelligence. I developed data pipelines and evaluated forecasting models to support operational planning.
I also developed React interfaces for AI-assisted request management and architected Node.js services integrated with a separate FastAPI inference API. I containerized inference services with Docker and deployed them on Amazon EKS.
At TIC-IA, I developed an enterprise RAG assistant for natural-language questions over internal documents and business knowledge, grounding responses in retrieved source content.
Previously, at 3GT LAB SP(LEMO), I developed a B2B product catalog and quotation platform, and at Solvencia S. A. I maintained and enhanced a debt collection and account management application.
