At Ypê, I design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Blue Prism automations for business areas including finance, operations, and customer service.
I translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and integrate automations with SAP, Salesforce, APIs, and SQL databases. I use Control Room, Work Queues, Credentials, Exceptions, and Logging to support traceability and automation governance.
I also support production automations at third level, participate in UAT and defect resolution, document automated processes, and manage multiple automation projects through delivery.
