At Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná (UENP), I modernized legacy portals and built full-stack applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis. For the Portal de Licitações, I replaced an unsupported, vulnerable stack, migrated 5,235 documents and 799 categories, and preserved old links with redirects.

I designed REST API integrations between SUAP and external platforms, and built the ETP Generator using RAG and SUAP permission groups. It reduced generation of an official ETP from about three hours to under ten minutes.

I also built FlunexApp, my multi-tenant WhatsApp automation SaaS, with conversational flow editing, recurring payments, and AI-generated flows. As a volunteer front-end developer on SouJunior Labs' Care4You project, I structured React components and implemented state management with Zustand.
