What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and deploy production AI decision systems in complex customer-facing environments, partnering with executives, technical teams, and domain experts to turn ambiguous operational problems into measurable outcomes.

I've built AI decision systems across Métrica Móvil, Sciforma, Regenerage Elite, and Virket Group, connecting predictive models, agentic workflows, operational data, and real-world execution.

At Métrica Móvil, I architected an AI-native fleet intelligence system with real-time decision agents, predictive models, prioritization engines, simulation, and reliability controls. At Sciforma, I led AI transformation work spanning adoption roadmaps, production evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and enterprise operating models.

I co-founded and operationalized Virket Real Estate, where I built predictive systems for churn, demand forecasting, segmentation, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation. Earlier, I led LATAM operations at Emplifi and enterprise solution engagements at Microsoft, Oracle, SAP partners, and CIS Corporate.

My work is grounded in State-Active Intelligence: AI that acts upon the state it models. I build for the real human, not the ideal human.
