At Exed Consulting, I support SAP customers through the Adopt & Operate phase, analyzing consumption and usage data to identify risks, underutilization, and optimization opportunities.
I develop reports, KPIs, controls, and follow-up routines that improve visibility into customer usage and adoption. I also contribute to structuring and automating customer monitoring processes.
Previously, at SAP, I managed Development Funds for partners across Latin America and developed executive dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and VBA. My SAP training includes SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Activate, SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, Clean Core, and SAP Best Practices.
