At Movistar El Salvador, I developed Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and reports to monitor indicators and communicate findings to management. Earlier, at Grupo Monge, I extracted and analyzed data to identify patterns associated with potential fraud cases.
At Tigo El Salvador, I developed Tableau dashboards and recurring reports to monitor B2B business performance. I hold a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, and my Master’s in Business Intelligence and Corporate Strategy is in progress.
