At Azion, I developed technical training programs from needs analysis through delivery and measurement. I organized the company Learning Center’s 78 articles into 16 topic categories and created storyboards, videos, and practical assessments that made edge computing and security products accessible to non-specialists.
I also used generative AI to draft scripts and assessment questions, reviewing generated content for technical accuracy before publication. Earlier, at BYJU's FutureSchool Brasil, I developed and managed scalable training structures for international audiences; at codeBuddy, I taught programming and robotics and created instructional materials.
