At Instituto de Investigaciones Biológicas (IIB-CONICET-UNMdP), I managed a doctoral research project from experimental design through analysis and presentation of results. I cleaned and analyzed data from RNAseq, image analysis, and survival and growth assays using Python and R.
I also created a coding and record-keeping system that the whole team now uses to track individuals, experiments, and samples. I validated key findings with qRT-PCR and shared results through presentations, conferences, and publications in English.
In my freelance and personal software projects, I built Herald, a help desk that uses OpenAI API agents to classify and resolve incoming emails against a knowledge base. I also built Critter, a web application with a chart dashboard, filtering, and pagination.
