I’m a Website Developer and Network Support professional who builds responsive websites and keeps networks reliable, secure, and efficient. I aim to apply my technical skills to solve real-world problems, protect digital resources, and strengthen modern IT environments.

At Megab IT Solutions, I developed and maintained responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I updated website content, improved performance and user experience, and diagnosed and resolved website errors, bugs, and technical issues.

I also delivered hands-on network support: I installed, configured, and maintained computer networks and systems, monitored network performance for reliability and efficiency, and resolved user connectivity issues. I implemented basic security measures like firewalls and antivirus protection, and performed regular system backups to protect data.

Before that, as a Design assistant, I supported promotional materials and collaborated with a design team, contributing to a 15% sales boost during key periods. Alongside my web development training—building interactive web applications and testing usability—I’ve continued strengthening my security foundation through relevant coursework and certifications.
