First-class politics graduate and research-focused social policy MSc candidate skilled in quantitative methods.
What I'm looking for
I am a First Class BSocSc Politics & International Relations graduate ranked 3rd in my cohort, now pursuing an MSc in International Social Public Policy (Research) at the London School of Economics. I combine strong academic performance with hands-on research training, including coursework in causal inference and qualitative methods.
My practical experience spans survey interviewing at Ipsos, undergraduate conference presentations, and volunteering roles in healthcare and mental-health listening services where I developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills. I have also supported immigration case work and contributed to NGO fundraising and impact reporting.
Technically, I am proficient in Excel, Power BI, R and SPSS, and bring advanced language skills in English, Spanish (C2) and German (C1), enabling effective cross-cultural research and outreach. I have demonstrated professionalism in customer-facing roles and leadership experience as a camp counsellor and lifeguard.
I am motivated by evidence-led social policy research and seek opportunities where I can apply quantitative and qualitative methods to inform policy, drive measurable impact and continue developing as a researcher and practitioner.
