What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a UX research role where I can combine psychological rigor and quantitative analysis to generate actionable user insights. I want to work closely with product and engineering teams and keep improving decisions through thoughtful study design.

I’m a psychology-trained UX research intern who designs, executes, and analyzes studies to uncover user needs and translate findings into product iteration. At Xiaohongshu, I ran a community search NPS survey (3,000+ responses) with SPSS and produced monthly reports to inform product and engineering decisions.

Beyond product research, my academic work investigates emotion and perception across cultures, using R statistical modeling and Eyelink eye-tracking to test novel hypotheses about smile genuineness. I also build measurement tools and run reliability/validity analyses (EFA, CFA, MLR with SPSS), strengthening how data supports clear conclusions.

UX Research Intern

Mar 2025 - Jun 2025 (3 months)

Designed, executed, and analyzed a community search NPS survey (3,000+ responses) in SPSS and authored monthly reports to guide product iteration. Recruited 30+ users and led focus groups and one-on-one interviews to identify key needs and pain points for the “Ask” feature, supporting product and engineering improvements.
