I’m a final-year Business and Management student at Somali National University with hands-on coordination experience from community development work. I plan, organise, and lead outreach activities in dynamic environments, keeping programmes on schedule and within allocated resources while staying focused on measurable outcomes.

As a Volunteer Coordinator, I managed volunteer teams, delegated responsibilities, and supported field delivery through clear communication between stakeholders, leadership, and on-the-ground groups. I also tracked programme progress, prepared concise reports for improvement, and contributed to identifying community needs and shaping practical response strategies. I’m actively building applied capabilities through Digital Marketing and Applied Research certifications, and I’m eager to bring that blend of organisation, analysis, and strategy to a results-focused team.
