Emmanuel Aregbesola

I’m a Statistics graduate from the University of Lagos building toward a specialization in financial data science and quantitative analysis. I enjoy working with messy real-world datasets and turning relational data into business insights I can clearly explain to stakeholders.

Through end-to-end projects, I’ve strengthened my workflow from data cleaning to analysis and SQL-based answers. In my Olist E-Commerce Analysis, I cleaned 99,000+ customer records across 9 relational tables, built SQL views with CTEs and window functions, and generated state-level marketing insights around revenue trends, delivery performance accuracy, and average customer spend patterns.

I also applied statistical and ML techniques in my Cryptocurrency Technical Indicator Analysis by evaluating SMA, EMA, RSI, MACD, and Bollinger Bands, then training logistic regression and decision tree models for next-day price direction. Right now, I’m also supporting small business reporting in “Data Support — Family Business” and currently learning scikit-learn, model evaluation, cross-validation, Power BI dashboards, and time-series analysis.
