I founded Steward, a real estate financial analysis and valuation platform. I built development pro formas and produce property-level valuation and feasibility analyses using comparable sales, zoning constraints, development assumptions, and projected returns.
For Steward, I integrated parcel records and property sales across Illinois to support comparable-sales analysis, and launched Backyard, a Chicago ADU screening tool that identifies potential property-owner leads for feasibility reports.
