Frank Kafula

I’m a statistician trained in statistics and research, with a BSc in Statistics from the University of Dodoma (2019–2022) and a GPA of 3.9. I enjoy turning raw information into clear insights while keeping accuracy and ethics at the center of my work.

During practical training (Aug–Oct 2020), I worked with statistical software such as STATA and R, and used ODK (Open Data Kit) for data collection. From the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), I learned how to collect quality data, understand the basic process of statistical production, and follow the ethics of official statistics.

In my work experience as a Statistician at Ocean Road Cancer Institute (ORCI) (Aug–Oct 2021), I handled data entry, report writing, data collection, data management using Excel and STATA, and data analysis using SAS. I also volunteered as a Teacher (Jan–Mar 2024), teaching Form one and Form four Basic Mathematics, preparing assessments, and supporting students with follow-ups—work that strengthened my communication and attention to detail.
