What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team-centered role where I can apply statistics and tax knowledge to support research, surveys, and data-driven decision-making, while continuing to grow professionally through learning and responsibility.

I am a Tanzanian professional Statistician and Tax Consultant with the zeal “to grow daily in my area of expertise” to increase my organization’s productivity. I believe in a human-centered work environment where team-working is a key tool in reaching organizational goals, and I bring strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to every assignment.

I have experience conducting data analysis on tax collection and research topics at the TRA, and providing public tax education as a novice tax consultant. I’ve also supported survey and research work as a research assistant, field enumerator, and a statistician intern at the National Bureau of Statistics, building hands-on strength in investigating, data collection, data processing, and presenting results aligned with research objectives. Alongside this, I’ve developed practical capability in statistical packages (STATA, SPSS, R), survey tools (Open Data Kit, KoboToolbox), and data/business skills through trainings and workshops, plus leadership recognition through university tax and leadership awards.
