Francisco Cisternas Deglane

I’m a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience leading large-scale residential, institutional, and urban development projects. I’m known for technical supervision, contract management, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to keep work aligned with safety and quality standards.

Across my roles, I’ve delivered projects within time and budget through strong analytical and communication skills. I use structured planning and reporting to maintain clarity across stakeholders, and I bring advanced English proficiency (TOEIC 930) to collaborate effectively in international environments.

Recently, I worked as a Project Engineer on soil improvement systems using 277 geopier gravel piles, alongside large-scale excavation, compacted backfill, and HDPE pipeline installation (1000 mm). Prior to that, as a Site Engineer, I led earthworks (+100,000 m³) and road infrastructure, including public water supply and sewage networks for 300+ homes.

I also managed delivery at scale as Construction Manager and Site Manager, including DS49 Carmen Vilches Condominium (5 buildings, 100 units) and DS49 Ensueño de Las Compañías (15 buildings, 300 units, 19,000 m²) with full urbanization and structural works such as 1,900 m retaining walls. I’m now expanding my expertise toward international and technology-driven roles.
