At Innesux I helped transform an internal system into a commercial product for laboratories, implemented multi-profile billing, and delivered exportable financial reports that improved revenue visibility. I also contributed to performance optimizations and bug fixes to enhance user experience.

Previously at Picallex I developed custom tools for sales, support, and billing teams, automated invoice generation with cron jobs, and built a platform to manage Key Account Managers, which streamlined client tracking. I also worked on PBX administration features and technical incident resolution.
