What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-safety focused nursing role where I can use my hemodialysis experience, strengthen infection control, and contribute as a reliable team member—ideally with opportunities to grow in leadership and patient care quality.

I’m a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario (# 26192272) and 10 years of hemodialysis-trained experience. I bring superior time management, a highly detail-oriented approach, and advanced English communication to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

In my roles from PAM Health Specialty Hospital to Baptist Health and Portsmouth University Hospitals NHS Trust, I’ve assessed fistula/grafts, prepared hemodialysis machines, and managed care using central venous catheters. I’ve also supported critical scenarios during dialysis, including treating hypovolemic shock/hypotension, while maintaining accurate documentation and clear discharge instruction. Earlier in my career at Bethel Methodist Medical Centre, I expanded my leadership by supervising nurses and hospital administrators, strengthening my ability to perform in physically demanding, high-pressure environments while staying grounded in infection control and patient safety.
