I am a results-driven Process and Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wirebond processes, and software QA testing. I combine analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to drive product quality and operational excellence.
In semiconductor roles I supported NPI projects, performed process simulations, led yield improvement initiatives, and created SOPs and work instructions to stabilize production and improve line performance.
In software and e-commerce QA I led regression, sanity, exploratory, and smoke testing across PRD and STG environments, executed API testing with Postman, performed cross-browser/device testing using BrowserStack, and supported SIT/UAT and hypercare activities to ensure production readiness.
I am a collaborative mentor who documents and trains teams on QA best practices, evaluates tools through POC initiatives, and leverages defect tracking and back-office tools to prioritize fixes and minimize business impact.
