What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technically complex automation, installation, and commissioning work where safety, budget control, precision, and teamwork are central to delivering reliable projects.

At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, I lead 15 technicians delivering automation and control projects from planning through installation and commissioning. I manage budgets, safety, technical quality, risk assessments, and coordination with engineering, procurement, project management, and clients.

Previously at ASML, I installed, adjusted, upgraded, and commissioned NXE EUV lithography systems at customer sites, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic issues and transferring knowledge to local teams. Earlier at DAF Trucks, I operated, rebuilt, programmed, and solved problems across CNC cutters, lathes, and robotic systems while supporting process design projects.
