I’m a Business & Commercial Underwriter and Underwriter Manager with lending authority up to $10 million, specializing in high-volume SBA and commercial risk assessment. I’m known for financial statement analysis, compliance adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to keep loan decisions accurate and on schedule.

I manage underwriting operations and quality assurance, including preparing and reviewing credit memos and CMA’s to ensure SBA guarantees aren’t jeopardized. I’ve underwritten everything from small unsecured loans ($50K) to large SBA and alternative lending products, including MCA, asset loans, and USDA/asset scenarios.

I also build teams—mentoring and training junior underwriters and leading process improvements that increase throughput and productivity. By creating and updating USDA & SBA credit guidelines and maintaining regulatory compliance across approvals, I help lenders deliver strong decisioning outcomes while sustaining high approval and revenue retention.
