Mortgage underwriter who applies FHA/VA risk analysis and data-driven thinking to approve loans efficiently and accurately.
What I'm looking for
I’m a current mortgage underwriter applying FHA and VA guidelines to determine mortgage eligibility, maintain a large pipeline of loan products, and drive fast, accurate initial submissions and approvals. I’m known as a top underwriter and I manage complex daily workloads by staying organized and detail-focused.
Previously, I underwrote by analyzing risk through income calculation and credit review, supporting smooth loan processing and close timelines. I’ve built strong communication with mortgage brokers, and I’ve mentored newer underwriters while maintaining my own production goals and quality standards.
I’m now pursuing a full-time position focused on data analysis, bringing my critical thinking, active listening, and daily use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to help teams make important decisions with confidence.
