I’m a motivated, results-oriented professional with a BSc in Political Science and an MSc in Public Administration, with experience in both teaching and customer service. I bring strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently while engaging diverse stakeholders.

In my roles, I maintained accurate documentation and customer records, resolved issues professionally, and supported service targets through teamwork. As a Subject Teacher, I taught civic education and marketing, provided 1:1 mentorship, collaborated with teachers to create a grading workshop, and introduced individualized lesson plans to support learning differences—always maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
