I've built 4AI Engine / 4AI PRO from scratch as a zero-dependency AI platform, using optimized Python and .NET Core APIs for autonomous workflows. I provision and tune bare-metal GPU infrastructure for local LLMs, multimodal models, CUDA, and PyTorch inference.
At EmergeHMS, I designed the core architecture for a national-scale hospital management and EMR platform deployed across regional healthcare networks. I also built locked-down infrastructure and secured databases for safely processing population-level intelligence.
At TourTech, I scaled engineering operations across India and Israel to more than 200 developers, established CI/CD and code-review standards, and delivered high-throughput e-commerce platforms. Earlier, I hand-coded and shipped more than 150 bespoke enterprise systems across the full stack.
